It is a middle of the pack gym. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done mostly and depending on the day. Pros: Free Wifi 24 hours Equipment selection Not usually busy Pros explained: I really appreciate the 24 hour aspect of this gym as there isn't many 24 hour gyms in this area and I am someone who can only come at later hours. Not many dumbbells. 1 set of each weight. The free weight area is small. The cable machine is always broke.
I just love this place. The price is good and it's never to crowded. This is the only gym I ever felt comfortable with to excercise.
