Came in a few days ago to get an Industrial piercing. Michelle told me my “ear anatomy” was wrong. She rescheduled me but I decided to cancel prior to the 24 hour hold. I called the front desk and they told me it was cancelled and my refund was coming in 2-3 business days. I got a text at 8:30 about an appointment but I did not have one. I tried to call but they refused to cancel the appointment that I did not want. Took my deposit. Michelle sucks and the overall business sucks also. Never going again.
Incompetent front desk worker costed me my tattoo artist. When I made several attempts to give my tattoo artist a 10 day notice to reschedule my appointment, she apparently failed to do so and also didn’t make any notes as to why I needed to reschedule. I lost both of my grandparents to COVID-19 within 50 days and my tattoo artist never got the information, therefore he took it as I didn’t respect the contract we made about giving him a notice. Had my nose pierced by Jason last weekend and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. This was the 6th time I’ve had my nose done and I’ve never had a piercer so amazing. He was friendly and informative but my favorite thing he did was fit the stud to my nose instead of using a generic L shape stud that are usually too big and irritate me which usually leads to me taking them out after a few weeks. Beautiful tattoos by really good artists. Artists are passionate about their work and do a good job. Highly recommended.
Today I had an appointment with David, a guest tattoo artist at No Egrets this month. He made my first tattoo experience absolutely incredible!! He did a fantastic job of easing my nerves and creating a beautiful piece that makes me so excited to show people! Could not recommended more, and I hope he comes back to the area some day!
