Came in a few days ago to get an Industrial piercing. Michelle told me my “ear anatomy” was wrong. She rescheduled me but I decided to cancel prior to the 24 hour hold. I called the front desk and they told me it was cancelled and my refund was coming in 2-3 business days. I got a text at 8:30 about an appointment but I did not have one. I tried to call but they refused to cancel the appointment that I did not want. Took my deposit. Michelle sucks and the overall business sucks also. Never going again.
Incompetent front desk worker costed me my tattoo artist. When I made several attempts to give my tattoo artist a 10 day notice to reschedule my appointment, she apparently failed to do so and also didn’t make any notes as to why I needed to reschedule. I lost both of my grandparents to COVID-19 within 50 days and my tattoo artist never got the information, therefore he took it as I didn’t respect the contract we made about giving him a notice.
