I called on a Friday and the sales rep was here the next day, on Canada Day long weekend. It was educational and not sale-zy. Product will keep us off a ladder and not worry about surprise water damage and repairs, and no paying for gutter cleaning. I would recommend this company
Professional and quick to answer any and all questions I had when I spoke to the owner. The installer was kind, professional and worked quickly and efficiently. Having these gutters will make my life easier because I will never have to clean my gutters again or risk climbing a latter to my roof! A perfect investment for my home.
Charles came to our home when he said he would. He was honestly and answered all of our questions. Because of other expenses we had when he visited we could not sign for it at that time. He held the price for us for 1 month and true to his word he showed up and confirmed our directions and showed up the next day. Called and booked an appointment for an estimate. Was told I have a 3:00pm time slot booked. Got the Google Calendar invite for the appointment. I took off work early that Monday. No one showed up No one called No one emailed Completely useless company if they can't even notify potential customers that they can't make the meeting they scheduled.
DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. I called and asked for a quote on gutters only. They said they would quote my house, but I had to be there so they could show me their product. I had them come out for a quote and after the estimator ripped apart the house, steep roof, tree too close etc he finally gave me a quote for $3100- $1000 over everybody else.
