I called to schedule an appointment with my referral from another Dr that talked highly of Dr Hulley. i was asked what my insurance was first thing, I have 2 insurances, BCBS and CIgna. As soon as that was said the conversation immediately became unprofessional, she then told me "Cigna isn't paying their bills and they no longer take new patients with that insurance" even if it is my secondary insurance. I have seizures.. I broke my leg because of my seizures... I tell the doctor the doctor gives me a referral for another doctor.because now my leg is going numb and my hip is hurting and my back so they gave me some information. they tell me when I go home schedule an appointment. So I do so and then they tell me we don't have a fax from them call them back and give them our fax number . Office help extremely rude couldn't believe how they spoke to me
I've been going to Dr. Hulley for over 30 years and like most in his field he his clinical but, he his also very kind.I'm very thankful to have had for my neurologist for about half my life.
Save your time and money. Drove all the way there and did his tests. Was told nerve damage. I called back and asked if the Doctor could tell me if it was and from the nerve block or surgury on his opinion. They tell me I need to make another appointment to hear that. He will not even answer a question on your OWN TESTS... GO ELSEWHERE. STAFF NO HELP EITHER. GOT NOT ANSWERS AND NOT WORTH GOING.
18 years Dr. Hulley has done right by me. Listens when I need him too and is quick when I'm good.
I will probably never go back, he did NOTHING but increase my medicine dose and tell me there’s really nothing else I can do. I even asked about stretching or exercise and he said , no, nothing but time will help, it’s not my muscles, it’s all nerve pain. Well, NO KIDDING, that’s why I’m here to see you doctor.
Rude, incompetent staff
The worst office!! Don't even think the DR. Knows what's going on because the office Lady never gives him messages or let's you speak to a nurse. SHE knows it all. She is rude, very disrespectful and talks about other patients in from of everyone around! They have like 100 pound dogs in there office, very dirty and looks like from the 1900 save yourself the headache
