Dr Hulley III was fine. However, the Staff personnel is not! Apparently one of the personnel phoned my mother at her home and whomever that woman was cussed them out. Once I arrived at the office they gave me a termination notification and I was banned immediately and they did not tolerate rudeness and profanities over the phone. Left the office and spied the Police flagged him over, told him the situation, he went in and the staff ordered me outside. But first what was the problem? Anyway, they played the recording and I sa... read more
She’s awful, unprofessional and rude
A car accident caused me be comatose 3 weeks, a month of inpatient therapy and outpatient therapy 5 days a week for 10 months. I was diagnosed with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Adhesive Capsulitis....'Frozen Shoulder' in right shoulder. This hurtful Doctor outright criticized me for purposely answering wrong on eval questions AND faking my limited Range of Motion in right shoulder. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from this 'Dr'. My father was Pharm Rep for 40 plus years and informed me how poorly this 'Dr''was v... read more
I would give zero stars if possible. Go literally anywhere else. My husband is only going here because this is who he saw at a terrible hospital and was forced to follow up with him. The office consists of the rudest people I have ever met, and I worked front desk for a psychiatrist. They refused to answer a simple question until I paid them, which-ok the check did bounce because it was deposited two weeks after it was written and the man writing it has brain damage, thus the neurologist. They then called to tell him he had ... read more
I have a complex case and am very involved in my care. I had already researched ways to stop doing radial frequency for my occipital neuralgia because of my vertigo. My GP didnt want to manage what I was requesting because of the other medications that I take and felt I should be followed by a neurologist. Dr Hulley listened to me, and what my needs were. He didnt even give me the pushback I was expecting because of me telling him what I wanted, so I was very relieved. His office staff were very courteous to me from the firs... read more
We visited him once so far. He takes his time with us, explains what he's doing and why he's asking what he asks. Today we'll read the CT scan and see how it goes. And I love that he's older than we are and embraces the Old School. I just hope that doesn't mean he's not up on modern techniques. I'll leave another review in a few months.
If I could give zero starts I would. The office staff is rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled and had to reschedule because I couldn't get a day off work , they told me I had to pay a $25 no show fee, for what... im not a no show , I'm calling to reschedule. This is a follow up appointment. And I still don't have answers, I will find another doctor.
I called to schedule an appointment with my referral from another Dr that talked highly of Dr Hulley. i was asked what my insurance was first thing, I have 2 insurances, BCBS and CIgna. As soon as that was said the conversation immediately became unprofessional, she then told me "Cigna isn't paying their bills and they no longer take new patients with that insurance" even if it is my secondary insurance. I asked to clarify why she couldn't just use my BCBS, and she I guess isn't used to people listening and hung up on me. Th... read more
