Communication is nonexistent. As a client, I have called numerous times about an ongoing IRS issue. Receptionist took a message to return the calls. After a week to 10 days, I have to call again. This has been happening since Feb 2023. Just a simple return call within 24 hrs would have been appreciated. But she must be overbooked with clients & too busy to respond. We'll find another CPA that appreciates our business.
