Steven at the West Ashley Location, is no bull — top notch. I had a great experience and he was super patient. We checked all my options from mattresses to payment options and I was confident by the end I knew I made the best choice being that everything was thorough. He’s a good person and the founders are so nice. Wish this company and employees the best. I highly recommend.
I would recommend this place. I've bought two mattresses from No Bull and love both of them. They have better prices than their corporate competitors, and it feels good supporting a local business. I was lucky enough to get the owner as my sales person, and he's a great guy. Only small gripe is the bed frame they just sold me isn't very robust, and already starting to squeak after a couple of weeks of use. I don't hold that against them.. The salespeople are not pushy and delivery was easy and affordable. We love our new mattress!
Please be very sure you really want the mattress you purchased because you will learn after the fact, that No Bull Mattress does not accept refunds or an exchange. Well, they MIGHT exchange it for a small fee of $75.00, and if and only if approved by the owner. He may allow you to pick out the same priced mattress or if you decide on a lower priced mattress you will not get the difference back in your money !
