3 weeks since i ordered sandgrabba floor mats, was told theyd be shipped on the wednesday so a week after the order. A week goes by and no update. Waited another week, no responses to my emails obviously they arent answering the phone. Disappointing, so issueing a dispute with bank 👎

I ordered and paid in full for some carpet for my classic car. I received confirmation of payment and ‘tracking’ information. Everytime I try and track the parcel it says there is nothing to track yet… two emails asking when will it be sent and what courier. No response and it has been nearly a week now. When you try and call they say they are moving factory and the phones will be back on soon…. Should I be worried?. Everything tells me they are reputable etc…. Good customer service, but the product is second rate - avoid. I purchased a full set of vinyl flooring for my Landcruiser and have found the product is not colour fast. Cleaning it with even a mild dishwashing liquid has caused the colour to excessively fade in many areas when attempting to dislodge dirt from the vinyl grain. I do not recommend this product.

I was chasing a new floor for my 60Series wagon and came across these guys, they were super helpful and 3 days after ordering it it was delivered to my door. It fit perfectly and looks great.

It took three weeks from the time I placed the order (and paid for it) for them to dispatch. No acceptable.
