I suffer with migraines, neck pain and tight and sore shoulders and upper back. I rotate between seeing Carol for remedial massage and Louise or Damien for osteo and it really does help. They are excellent at what they do and I always look forward to my sessions even though I'm not a big fan of dry needling. I know it helps and they are all great at making it bearable for me. 100% recommend No Boundaries.

Just finished a few sessions with Damion and Holly over the last few months and they really know their job. I can manage my excercises myself now with the knowledge they have shown me. They are an assett to the team at No Boundaries. Thank you for making me feel better.
