I attended a free pelvic floor workshop that Dr. Nicole hosted and was very impressed by her knowledge and presentation of the information, so I scheduled an appointment to learn more about my current ‘status.’ I was extremely pleased with the detailed assessment and the specific exercises/breathing plan she developed to help me strengthen my pelvic floor, as well as how to manage urinary urgency during the night. She is an asset to her field!
