My 2026 goals included enhancing my physical health. In order to achieve these, I realized I needed to change my eating habits. I was spending an embarrassing amount of money on "convenience" food. Since meeting with No Belly Growls, I have learned effective meal prepping, healthy shopping habits, and how to create a healthy eating routine.
