When the owner shows up to do the work run! He’s not knowledgable on construction at all and leaves a bigger problem to fix in the end and is extremely rude and arrogant if you question him. Look at the yelp reviews for better reference.

They did not finish the work. I have been asking them to finish the work and I pay the invoice. They offer credit for the work not finish. I prefer them to finish work instead. They file mechanical lien on me and we are going to court. So be careful to deal with these people. They are real estate agent and contractor at the same time.

Working with No.7 has been an absolute pleasure. All work was done on time and on budget. All of the workers were not only professional but went out of their way to be helpful and kind. When we had questions or needed suggestions someone always took the time to help us out. I gave used this company for 2 projects and hopefully a third in the future. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Thank you to Matt and his team at Number 7 Development !!! The remodel of my childhood home exceeded my expectations and they went above and beyond to stay within our budget. I have had the unfortunate experience of overpriced poor craftsmanship and am very thankful to have found Matt and his team.

We enjoyed working with Matt. He was very attentive when listening to our ideas and when I asked about his thoughts/opinions, he was honest. We discussed that we wanted to stay within our budget, but of course issues would come up in an older home. He would give us multiple different options with explanations and let us decide. We were extremely satisfied with the outcome of the home!! Wish I had a picture of the finished kitchen!! Here are some pictures I do have. The home is from the mid-60’s as well.
