I had a disappointing experience when I called to book an appointment. The receptionist I spoke with sounded rushed and asked me to call back later after discussing the timing with my husband. Her tone felt abrupt and unwelcoming. When I later tried to proceed with booking, she told me that my tone was rude, which was surprising because I only became firm after feeling dismissed during the initial interaction. I brought my dog Tango in for diarrhea and some vomiting after he ate goose poop. My concern was never the cost itself, but the lack of explanation, compassion, and communication throughout the visit. Dr. Malhan was the attending vet. From the beginning, there was no walkthrough of what was being recommended or why. I use to like this place but just had receptionist raise her voice at me after asking a follow up question about a dental quote for my dog I asked how much per tooth extraction as other vets have a scale of price like $30-70 per extraction I explained several times I have a quote and my dog has been seen and she got angry about asking cost of extraction if any needed and raised her voice at me *The response says she didn't know I had a quote but I explained this and it should be in their email/ my dogs chart ?
