I was very disappointed with my entire experience. First of all to start with I tried telling you what kind of massage I need and you never attempted to listen to me, big communication barrier Bcz you don’t speak or understand English. And even while I translated to make it easy for you and told you to focus on just my legs and not my back , you didn’t care to tell the masseuse about it and hurried the process . Absolutely amazing experience! Lynn was incredible and gave me exactly the kind of foot and reflexology massage I desperately needed after working long hours.
