I was in need of some siding repair that wouldn't break the bank for quality work and No. 1 Exterior's delivered in record time. My consultation was 6-13-26 and the job was completed by 6-18-26! They were able to closely match up my siding to the pre-existing one! The professionalism was amazing and the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations! I strongly recommend them for all your siding needs and more!
On that morning, the crew arrived very early. They arrived about 6:30. I had to leave for the day. A definite plus was that I received photos of the work that was being done. At 6:00PM, they were still working. They did a great job cleaning up. I was weeding and they even took my yard waste. When Armando came, he even showed more photos of the roof. Rare company that is very good to work with. The small details are what really sold us......clean up, inspection, reinspection, left extra paint for new gutters as a touch up in case we get paint on new gutters (they knew we were ready to start painting house). Very good to work with!!
Recient heavy winds blew a panel of siding loose near the top of my 2-story house. They were nice enough to answer the phone on Sunday, their day closed, to have someone out in about an hour to patch the issue, which was getting worse. They brought color samples to match the siding and was out the next day to correct the issue. Very nice and helpful company, appreciate them very much!
I had gutter work done and No.1 Exteriors was awesome from the free estimate to the completed job! They are very professional and care about their craftsmanship as well as what the customer’s needs were! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for anything exteriors with their homes! They definitely went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly!
