I was pleased enough with the work as my repair was simple. The staff were pro and the place is very nice. Just dont count on the complimentary vacuum and car wash. Ive been out of town a lot and was really looking forward to a clean car when I picked it back up but it was dirtier than when I left it. They said they were too busy. I say then you should drop the message from your marketing and phone message. You should say, IF WE HAVE TIME WE MIGHT WASH AND VACUUM YOUR CAR, BUT WE WILL PROBABLY BE TOO BUSY.
