If i could give them zero stars i would. Very unprofessional have no sense of hippa laws. I was suppose to get a procedure done nope i will not allow these people put me under. Couldnt get a name correct. Sending me other patients lab work results. Front desk is ridiculous. The dr herself was nice but this office really needs to get it together. Told me i didnt have a copay sent me a 300 bill smfh for what a conversation absolutely obsurd. No wonder insurances dont want to pay out here they asked over 600 for a consultation.... read more
First, all the nurses involved in my colonoscopy appointment were excellent. I am grateful for them. However, not having done research on the clinic's doctors, I accepted an appointment with Dr. Bujanda. Schedule with someone else. Callous. I have never, and hope never again, to receive such poor care from an MD. He left the procedure when I was in pain because the anesthesia (which was not the anesthesia I had asked for and had used in a prior colonoscopy 10 years ago) was not working for me. I have been calling and calling. Have left many messages for them to call me so that I can schedule an appointment. They never answer their phone. I wonder why they even have a phone number!!. It's impossible to reach them. I will go to their address and see if I can make an appointment. It's disgraceful!!
Impossible to speak to someone over the phone in the office. Left several voice messages have not received a call back. Worst service ever!!!! Will never do anything with this Office.
Well, I have become very dissatisfied especially with Judd Baldwin. He does not return my calls even after 4 days...they say it can take 48 hrs but 4 days?!?!?!? Even the front desk does not return them. I LOVE Dr Roth....she's the very best...but the others there? I wish there was another place to go in Santa Fe...except I'd miss Dr Roth.
