Writing I waited about three months for this appointment, only to arrive and be seen by a young practitioner, Dr. Lee, instead of Dr. Echebiri. Dr. Echebiri didn't even come in to introduce herself or explain the change. My visit summary states that I saw Dr. Echebiri, yet there is no mention of Dr. Lee, who actually evaluated me. Completely unreliable and disrespectful
I visited Dr. Echebiri for neck pain. He answered all my questions and explained my condition and treatment options clearly. He was patient and listened carefully to my concerns, and had a welcoming demeanor. The x-ray staff was also pleasant during my visit. Thanks HSS!
