The company is great but one particular employee is an issue. He is great as long as things go his way but the second he is told no he acts like an entitled 2 year old. He even lies to make himself look better or that he wasn't in the wrong. It's disappointing that a great business has such an immature employee.
My previous review of this company was created before I was given all of the information about why there have been so many problems with this project. It appears many of the problems were more related to unforeseen issues than yo NNAC, especially my current issue with the elevation of the street in front of my home. This company is doing water main replacement in our town. Didn’t finish on time. Has little consideration for homeowners. Did not make an effort to keep dust down on streets. Did not clean dirt from street in front of my house. We endured mud during three rain events. Will not respond to concerns about repaving street in front if my house.
