Had them do a ton of great work on my house! Roof, siding, deck, redesign front entry, chimney, stairs, walkway. Basically rebuilt the outside of my home!! A+ work! My wife and I could not be more pleased with every element of our project with NMTI general contractors. Our project was a full kitchen remodel that involved taking down a wall an rerouting the plumbing. From the jump, the work crews were detail oriented and respectful. Hands down the best contractor we have ever used! The hardest workers I have ever seen. The work exceeded our expectations. They showed up every day till job was complete. We love our new roof and best of all no leaks!
I contacted NMTI to have my roof replaced to prepare for solar panel installation. Ramon came out initially to discuss any issues I had and to evaluate the roof structure. He addressed the issues I saw and recommended metal valleys. He also recommended altering the front of the roof since I don’t have fascia boards or soffits to prevent water from seeping behind the siding. Which was one of my concerns. They also reinstalled my leaf filter guards for the gutters. Great price. Great work. Thank you Ramon and Wilson
