The customer service here was terrible and the books are over priced. I would recommend that you buy your books online somewhere.
The staff is awesome! I really enjoy the spacious Starbucks area, doesn't feel crowded. Me and my customers always enjoy a nice cup of joe while I perform cell phone repairs here.
I went here to find a book I needed and the customer service , the ambiance, everything was perfect !!!
For the past 2 years the people working there are helpful and nice. Can't say enough good things about them. The online experience... not so much. In the 2 years that I have been going to NMSU online I have had issues getting what I needed every semester. NOT having a student credit account offered for the summer semesters, only the fall and winter semesters, offers plenty of challenges to get books on time as I have a 3rd party paying for the books / supplies.
