This place is beyond horrible. My Dad was sent here for congestive heart failure and stroke. Everytime I visited he was sleep and unkempt. One time when I came and caught them changing him. There was a huge hole in his back side. He was rushed to the hospital and I of course sent him to another facility and sued NMS. He passed away shortly after this. Stay away from this place are all costs!!

My dad’s health did a major decrease when he was sent here. If you are able to make that decision, don’t send your loved ones here please! Most of the staff was horrible. They take forever in assisting patients that actually need help, they prefer to sit at the desk all day. Nurses didn’t correctly inform me on his conditions.Because of this, I wasn’t able to be with my dad during his final moments. I stayed in SC at the time. The actual hospital he was sent to were the ones who were blunt & straight forward about everything... read more
