Nice friendly staff always willing to answer my questions when I call. Tina is the Best, very quick and organized for my Taxes.
Principals are extremely difficult to reach and slow to return calls. They sold their payroll services business to. ADP who were incompetent. They screwed up how estimated tax payments were effected by filing status. This resulted in me spending frustrating hours with junior staff and the IRS. I wound up with penalties and interest owed because of their screw up. I’d make them pay it, but I’m so done with these clowns. Save yourself the trouble and aggravation and hire a different accounting firm.
They are very nice and professional.
It's always great when you know someone is going to take care of things and you can relax. My first visit was a good experience.
