horrible service, don’t waste your money, they messed up my taxes last year and won’t even return a call!!!! absolutely disgusting and terrible way to treat a costumers. i’m stuck fixing there mistake on my own now
Nice friendly staff always willing to answer my questions when I call. Tina is the Best, very quick and organized for my Taxes.
Principals are extremely difficult to reach and slow to return calls. They sold their payroll services business to. ADP who were incompetent. They screwed up how estimated tax payments were effected by filing status. This resulted in me spending frustrating hours with junior staff and the IRS. I wound up with penalties and interest owed because of their screw up. I’d make them pay it, but I’m so done with these clowns. Save yourself the trouble and aggravation and hire a different accounting firm.
