This place is honestly one of the worst places you could ever consider buying a car from. My experience with them was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. From the moment you start communicating with them, it becomes clear that there is a serious lack of professionalism and understanding when it comes to how customers expect to be treated. I wanted to buy a car. I had an appointment. I filled out a pre approval online as I wanted to get financing. No one told me my app wasn't approved. They let me drive all the way to Tracy, and then when I got there, I said I had an appointment, and they were about to have me fill out another form for financing. When I told them I already did, they check and come out, "Nope not approved." I ask them if they had another finance company to work with. "Nope." Very rude. We flew in from Wisconsin to buy a range rover from here we bought the car with no issue and drove it allll the way back to Wisconsin with no issues at all they are very professional and I highly recommend them
