The technician, David, was absolutely great. We have kind of a wonky set up with a wood stove that involves right angle pipes and he took the time to look them over and explain his plan for cleaning. Reasonable quote for our set-up. He cleaned everything including the stuff that fell to the cleanout box and any small particulates that fell on the mantle from the pipes. Very happy with his work.
