I really like going to the wellness center. I like that lm able to work on different types of equipment and work on all parts of my body. Exercising is good for everyone. One must stay fit and in shape.it's good for the heart, mind, and body.
The atmosphere is pleasant, the everyone are very friendly. There are so many things, machines, and too many Cowboys fans up there, LOL! In all I will rate it 4-stars, always room for improvement!!!
