They called and canceled my appointment because of a psych diagnosis in my file. Doesn't matter that my psychiatrist and psychologist both support me having surgery. Also doesn't matter that I need to lose the weight due to a life-threatening condition. They won't even allow me a consultation. Very caring approach.

I have struggled with my weight for a long time. I self dignosed myself because I was told I had signs but never tested for diabetes. I asked to get on Mounjaro and did great on it. Well my insurance no longer covers it. So I looked into assist programs and saw this. I didn't want surgery. I filled out the form and got a call today. Testing went smoothly. Dr's, nurses, anesthesiologist, and techs were thorough and very kind. The explanations of all info was comforting.
I have absolutely loved my experience at the Bariatric center!! Dr. Pinson has been amazing! I am 8 weeks post op and 51 lbs down!
