Been a customer now for over 4 years, always get the alarm serviced every year and have been happy to pay for this service, recently had to change WiFi router but with the same broadband provider, but was advised that I had to pay £95 for an engineer to visit have asked for technical help and was provided a guide that has no relevance to the system we have had fitted, I only want to connect new router so the alarm can be set using our phone which we pay them extra for, this is an invaluable feature for us as we have a disabl... read more
Installed a new consumer unit and EV charger, no issues with the service and left the area clean and tidy when finished.
What a brilliant company. Had some electrics installed for a garden cabin and I can wholeheartedly recommend them. Great service, neat and tidy, turned up when they said they would. First class!
