Nobody answer call
I was searching for a clinic open on thanksgiving weekend and so many were closed or already full for the day. I don’t know how I missed this one but I was happy I found it. The clinic was clean and I didn’t have to wait long. Sometimes going to doctors is uncomfortable because you feel vulnerable but Dr. Javan was so friendly and helpful and I felt really comfortable seeing her. So nice to have a good place nearby, thank you
Horrible experience! Having an appointment doesn’t mean anything at this place. The secretary is rude and shows no interest in resolving issues, simply stating, “I can’t be of any help.” People are on their phones talking loudly, and there seems to be no policy addressing that.
If your appointment is at 5:45, don’t bother arriving on time—you’ll still end up waiting until 7:00 or later. I spoke with another patient whose appointment was at 6:00 (after mine), and they were seen before me. It seems those who complain about the wait get seen faster. I didn’t say anything to the front desk, as I believe it’s the office manager’s responsibility to enforce proper scheduling policies.
