The people here whine and then try to bully you this is a warning if you want to take your chances with this sketchy group of "professional" or save yourself some headache and just go to one of the other places where they actually value you as a customer 😊
Honestly, they are not doing well in the hospitality aspect. Staff has been rude and whiny consistently, there's even a past review pointing this out from 5 years ago. 0 outta 5 if I could, respectfully go anywhere else they clearly don't want business
"I was as clear as it gets so do it when I say or go elsewhere" Direct text I recived from them today after accidentally selecting the incorrect Dr. for a renewal appointment. Crazy way to text a somebody... Unfortunately the Dr's have always been great and knowledgeable here, but its a shame they want people to "go elsewhere". - Owner responded as expected
While I have loved the doctors here, there are issues with the website. When we brought it up, they were incredibly rude and dismissive of our complaints. Would not renew here again after they were so disrespectful.
Great staff, however requiring a card to be saved to your website just to book is disappointing.
