My previous provider retired and I met with Matt. Great experience, I can tell his goal is to make good decisions and consider all of my concerns and inputs as part of a collaborative approach. I appreciate having a voice in my care rather than simply being told “I’m going to put you on this…”
I always enjoy my Dr. visit with Dr. Rivera. She always answers all questions i have and takes care of what the Visit was for. The medical assistant was above and beyond customer service as well. Keep up the good work girls.
Matt was awesome. He took his time and made sure I understood everything without rushing. You can tell he really knows his stuff, and he explained things in a way that actually made sense. He was friendly and easy to talk to. My family is new to NMC, and we have all had a great experience so far. Honestly, it is the best doctor’s office I have ever been to, and I’m not exaggerating. The rest of the staff was great too.
