We've owned one of their homes for over 10 years. Over the years, as we've had various trades come and do work on our home, every single one of them has observed how well constructed the home was. From roofers, to electricians, to HVAC folks, they've all mentioned that they see really high quality construction. And the ones that know the builder, every single one of them has mentioned that Greenbriar is one of their favorite builders due to their quality.
We live in the Bridle Creek development in Pleasanton, CA. The homes were built by Greenbriar. We have the model 4 with the large two story ceiling covering the foyer, living room,and stairway/loft area. It is quite a large area. About 10 years or so ago, we noticed a small crack in the seam. John, customer services manager, came out to look at it. Nothing was done because he said cracking in the seams of drywall is naturally caused by earthquakes and settling.
