Be careful! Had a patio (pebble finish) poured. They included other work on the invoice that we cancelled. Pebble finish had some pebbles that came loose during powerwash (part of the pebble finish proceedure that we now know was done to early). After many attempts to get repaired ( after stupidly making final payment), no luck. We even just asked for a small amount of stain so WE could repair it,. BEWARE! I hired this company to repair my porch. I was told 2-3 weeks and they would have it done. After I paid the deposit, I received zero communication when 2 1/2 weeks went by. I inquired to see if there was a date scheduled yet and was given the run around by Tom. Replies of "we're getting close...." or saying he needed to check with Nate, then no response back until I inquired again days later. Called N&M for a estimate and they stated they would be out a certain day in which they met there obligation. Tom followed up and confirmed appointment. Nate showed up and it was raining. Told him to specifically give me two estimates he said no problem and it he would have it to me the next day. It took 5 days from that point to receive the esti8mate and then they only sent one via email. Sent them a return email and haven't heard form them since.
