I called and set up an appointment with this gentleman for 4 pm; I work until 5 pm. I left work early to meet him at my house to do some work. He didn't show up, so at 4:30, I called and sent a text message. No reply. I then sent another text an hour later, followed by another phone call. No answer, and no text back.
