NLT is a top notch full service construction company. Run by Dave Cedrone, who is extremely pleasant to work with as are all of his workers. We contracted for converting a half bathroom into a full one with a shower. This work also included expanding the bathroom, so this involved a complete redesign of the space. NLT Construction and Dave Cedrone did an outstanding job in our home. A complete kitchen remodel as well as some renovations in other areas were carried out with the utmost of care. The results were excellent. Dave was very easy to work with and always quick to respond to any questions we had. His carpenters as well as his carpet, plumbing, electrical and painting contractors were of the highest quality. We couldn't recommend him more highly.
We had such a great experience working with Dave! From day one, he was friendly, approachable, and very easy to work with. He was always honest and upfront about everything — costs, timelines, expectations — which made the whole process feel stress-free and transparent. His communication was top-notch. He kept us in the loop at every stage, responded quickly to questions, and made sure we always knew what was happening next. He coordinated with all the other subcontractors involved and made sure everyone was on the same page... read more
