NLC Solutions provides quality service and they are extremely reliable. Mike routinely checks in to see if we need anything. I highly recommend using NLC Solutions.
We used NLC services for over 20 years. Good communications with management. Mike would check in weekly or every 2 weeks to make sure all areas have been properly cleaned. They would always ensure proper staffing for the tasks at hand.
Mike was great to deal with always on time and very knowledgeable. Vincent and crew worked well and completely job in a timely mannor
I have been using NLC for 9 years. Their service is always outstanding. I order my janitorial supplies and they are delivered same or next day. During the pandemic we never had to worry about being out of our supplies, Joe always had what I needed in stock.
Excellent customer service, prompt in response. Mike makes sure that all issues are addressed in timely manner. Cleaning crew is good, they will take care of special requests.
