I purchased a Toro Lawnmower from a general retailer and it had a faulty battery. NL Kubota are an authorized service center for Toro so I took the battery up for service. The very next day I received a call from the service department to come get a replacement battery. They went over and above the level of service I expected. I would recommend this business.
