I purchased a Toro Lawnmower from a general retailer and it had a faulty battery. NL Kubota are an authorized service center for Toro so I took the battery up for service. The very next day I received a call from the service department to come get a replacement battery. They went over and above the level of service I expected. I would recommend this business.
I had brought a new Toro lawn mower Saturday morning. I an issue with it later that day. Since they were closed for the day, I have sent an e-mail about that day. By Sunday morning, I had received an e-mail reply. This morning (Monday), a service person came by my home and corrected the issue.
We absolutely love NL Kubota! The staff are friendly and knowledgable and the service is fast and efficient. The pride and passion Darcy Tucker has for NL Kubota and the respect and gratitude he shows his staff is truly inspiring. Darcy is a true leader and that’s what makes a business successful, you are only as good as your weakest player. Keep up the great work everybody! Kubota strong!
