I had a diamond set into a premade semi-mount I had purchased previously. I’m kind of disappointed in the quality, my partner brought it home and the prongs look off centre, the v-tips were shaved down quite a bit (I’m not sure why they shaved them down) and not polished so they are rough and there’s a dent on one of them. It was brand new and perfect condition when he took it in. :/

We get all our gold here since the shop first opened. It's the first of newfoundlands kind. Best prices. Best jewelry and best staff. The man had a custom chain made for me with my name and any time were buying gold we go to him ! Excellent spot 👌 one of a kind jewelery you won't find anywhere else in town. Easy to get along with and always provides the best customer service. Absolutely love this place 😍

I went here to sell some of my gold and they were very efficient! They tested my gold in front of me so I could view the whole process and they promptly gave me a price and sent me the money via e-transfer at the counter. Overall great experience!!

Really good store lots of selection and great service only thing I would like to be better is that the taxes are already added onto the jewelry instead of knowing the taxes after really great store though in general best jewelry store in town

NL Gold factory was able to build me a new wedding/engagement ring! They were extremely helpful and honest with their recommendations!!! They made me the exact ring I wanted! It’s perfect!
