I had a diamond set into a premade semi-mount I had purchased previously. I’m kind of disappointed in the quality, my partner brought it home and the prongs look off centre, the v-tips were shaved down quite a bit (I’m not sure why they shaved them down) and not polished so they are rough and there’s a dent on one of them. It was brand new and perfect condition when he took it in. :/

NL Gold factory was able to build me a new wedding/engagement ring! They were extremely helpful and honest with their recommendations!!! They made me the exact ring I wanted! It’s perfect!

I love to shop at the Gold Factory, their service is very friendly, I had a ring enlarged and they did a great job, you couldn't even tell where the new piece was put in...The are curtious, and fast.. We get all our gold here since the shop first opened. It's the first of newfoundlands kind. Best prices. Best jewelry and best staff. The man had a custom chain made for me with my name and any time were buying gold we go to him ! Excellent spot 👌 one of a kind jewelery you won't find anywhere else in town. Easy to get along with and always provides the best customer service. Absolutely love this place 😍

I absolutely love shopping at the NL Gold Factory & the boys are spot on. I have had rings made & jewelry repairs done by them & I am always 💯 percent satisfied. I was looking at another ring out there today and I absolutely love it. So if I wins that $500.00 I can promise you that I will definitely put it towards that ring.
