We worked with Mrs. Macaluso for six years, and she was absolutely amazing for our daughter. Her patience, flexibility, and genuine care made such a difference in our daughter’s progress and confidence. She always took the time to tailor each session to our daughter’s needs and made learning fun and engaging. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better speech pathologist — it was a joy working with her and her husband Mark! We highly recommend!

Since me and my wife have been taking our son who is 2 to her, he has improved significantly. Loretta and her husband Mark have been so helpful, flexible, and kind throughout the journey. Our son loves her too and gets so excited from the moment we pull into the parking lot. We would definitely recommend Loretta to any parent.
Since starting therapy with NKY Speech therapist Loretta, my 6 year old Grandson’s confidence in all areas of his life has grown considerably. He is speaking better but more importantly he now talks all the time. He would get frustrated because we couldn’t understand him so he would only talk when really needed. Miss Loretta is a great speech and language pathologist. My child was around 2 when we started and we stayed with her for about 6-7 months. It was our decision to stop services as the travel was getting to be too much for our family. Miss Loretta had numerous recognitions hanging on her walls, she played and interacted well with my son and was always available to be seen when we needed to make other accommodations.
