Service is highly unreliable. It doesn't matter if you have a regular weekly schedule or "Confirm" an appointment, they skip weeks or don't show up for weeks. No one answerd and did not return my call after leaving message. I emailed them and they told me that they would mow tomorrow at no cost. This email chain was in July, with the last email on July 11.
