I recently had a gas line installed by Hissam of NKR HVAC, and The technician was punctual, professional, and clearly experienced. They walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and ensured everything was done safely and up to code. The job was completed efficiently, and they left the workspace clean and tidy. Highly recommend for anyone needing gas line work—top-notch service from start to finish!

I called to have a gas oven hooked up and an older one disconnected. He was able to come within hours and had everything done quickly. He even went above and beyond and fixed an issue with the stove that he knew from experience was not working properly. He was incredibly friendly and courteous. An absolute pleasure!! Highly recommended.
Worst service from this company. Had a furnace install last year in December 2024, with 1 year labour warranty 10year furnace warranty itself. Last week furnace stopped working and guy on the phone said its not there problem once the equipment has been installed we don't care if something happen to the equipment. Another response was yes they provide this kind of service. Not suggesting to anybody. Please be careful contacting them.
I recommend Hisham (NKR) highly. He was professional, courteous, meticulous, and dedicated. Hisham went the extra mile to solve a problem that arose with my new furnace, and used some special specifications that were requested.
