This incident happened at their Bonita Springs office but it is the same staff as they travel between the two locations. The staff in this office are awful! I sent chocolate dipped fruit platters to KIDNEY CARE of Bonita Springs (which is next door to them) because of the amazing work and care they have done for me while I been on dialysis. Unfortunately, the delivery made it to this place, Kidney Institute of Florida.
