When I called earlier today. I was ONLY told that it would be a $100 SERVICE CALL fee and $95 an hour. The guy was going to buy the part and let me know the price PRIOR. He did not do so. We were charged $657 dollars. Charged for a service call, 3 hours @ $95 an hour, $285 labor (that was never mentioned) fuel surcharge $35 ( that was never mentioned) "fee" $48 ( that was never mentioned) When I called/text, I was told that it was for sales tax on the part (that he never called me to get my approval ) and a credit card fee (... read more

SCAMMERS!!!!DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! Itook my there on Monday for diagnostic and repair. They so called fixed the truck and charged an astronomical price. The truck was on the side of the road less than 48 hours later. When I called to inquire about the repairs Chris (owner) and Morgan (office guy) were EXTREMELY rude. They both hung up while I was politely inquiring about what specific repairs were done. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!
