Dr. Laurin is a top notch physician. She genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen to the concerns of her patients. She makes time to explain complicated disease processes, review treatment goals and discuss therapy options with her clients. Most unprofessional rude person ever answers the phone. Based on this I will never be a patient here!
Very thorough in two visits I made. You are not pawned off to a PA, NP, RN, LPN, clerk, or janitor.
I scheduled an appointment. Had date y time. Everything OK. When I called to confirm this appointment, a man answered y said there was NO appointment for me. That I never called there. No record of me ever with a date/time I had. Assuming this was her husband who was rude y no offer to fix the problem. A real patient turn off. Her other poor reviews add up. Poor office. Don't bother with this place.
