Mr. Ike is amazing. I found this shop on google and he was so pleasant over the phone in scheduling the appointment. He was very personable and cared enough to learn about my background. Bia was the stylist and very patient and explained everything she was doing and talked about the health of my hair or lack thereof. She’s very personable as well, she’s great! Wonderful facility with truly stellar customer service. I’m very low‑maintenance, but I was genuinely impressed with the care put into my loc retwist. The stylist was relatively new, yet she handled the service well and took her time. The owner was incredibly kind, attentive, and asked thoughtful questions to make sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. Overall, a great experience. I will return.
My daughter is very tender headed and I have so much trouble doing her hair. Her stylist so was great with her and patient not mean or rude or nasty. My daughter loved her silk press so much and she only wants to go back to the salon to get her hair done. Pricey but it was worth every penny! Customer service is exceptional
I got my silk press done today and it was hands down the best hair service I’ve ever experienced.
