I’ve had cost issues with them too. They’re hired by our strata manager to handle general plumbing for the building. Since they were already working on-site, the property manager said they could check my hot water issue. He mentioned if the problem was inside my unit, I’d need to cover the cost, which made sense. Bad Experience We asked for a quote for a plumbing issue, no call-out fee. They came and had a look for 10 minutes. A few days later they quoted $700 for the work (excluding extra costs we would have to incur to get another paver in), we told them we would look for another quote for now. A few hours later we received an invoice for 30 minutes of "Services Rendered" for $200!
