Overall, it was a positive experience. I HD a very knowledgeable and patient tech. She was kind and pleasant. This made my Sleep Study less stressful.

I found the staff at the sleep center very respectful and efficient. They let me know exactly what was going to happen which is comforting in that situation, and helped to relax.

Interesting because I did not know that it could be done at home. Jerry was very patient and helpful in explaining hoe to use the machine. The desk clerks were very helpful also.

While the sleep study itself was fine, I'm not sure the company thought a few things through. My chief complaint is that whoever the nurse on duty is, they should be the same gender as the patient. It's very disconcerting, as a woman, to be in a locked building alone all night with a complete stranger thats a male. I understand that he is just doing his job, but it's unsettling to have a man I don't know turning down sheets on a bed and basically tucking me in for the night, and knowing I'm being monitored by him all night, ... read more
