Neither of the 2 desk persons acknowledged me when I stood at the desk. Not overly friendly here. The receptionist did what she had to do -- paperwork, showed me what i needed to do for the monitor, and let me go. I was told I had to bring the monitor back the next morning between 8-11am. This should be told to patients prior to setting the appointment so they know to have the following morning open.
Marshon took excellent care of me during my study. She was very knowledgeable about sleep apnea, the equipment and let me know what to expect. It’s so nice to work with someone who knows that they’re doing and cares about their patients!
At home sleep study went very well with the pre instructions given by the staff on how to hook everything up. Simple process
I had two studies and the level of service was exceptional. Lee was my clinician at my most recent visit and did a phenomenal job explaining everything and making my visit a wonderful experience
