I got in and out quickly for my at home test. The equipment was thoroughly explained to me, with written instructions for home. Staff was nice. Had an in-patient sleep study done 15 years ago, this is SO much better. Disappointed that it takes about 3 weeks for your doctor to get the results, that's not the fault of the sleep center.
In the end, I would say my experience was "okay", but did not get off to a very good start. I showed up on the day of my appt. to learn "the system" cancelled the appointment, so had to reschedule. Additionally, was not told in advance that I needed to be off my CPAP for at least two nights prior to doing the sleep study, which pushed the rescheduled appt. out that much further due to my travel schedule.
