Dr Jorgensmeyer was very informative and professional.
The way the nurses here act you'd think they work at the emergency department at a major metropolitan hospital and not a family doctor's office.That was not a compliment. The lack of bed side manner is very telling that they do not value patient care whatsoever and I'm speaking on behalf of my then 8 year old son, who is very well behaved- just a little nervous around needles. I didn't have a long waiting time once I showed up for my appointment. Everyone seems impathetic of my concerns. They make you the priority! Thanks Dr. KRUMM AND DR. KRUMMS NURSES!!!
Dr. Berry is a very good doctor and his nurse, Amy, is excellent at her job! Highly recommend this team!
