I was called by a scheduler Monday morning stating that Dr Danish Zaidi had reviewed my medical records and wanted to schedule an appointment with me. I asked about the consultation. I was told that the consultation would be bypassed. I was amazed since I have been trying to get in to be seen with a Pain Management Office. I show up for a 730am appointment. I checked in. Doctor, nurses, and staff were all personable, friendly, and competent. Very comfortable atmosphere.
The nurses are kind and caring. Staff are professional throughout the appointment. Dr. Griffith is genuinely concerned about my pain and offers a variety of pain relief options.
I have been a patient of Dr Burfeind but she moved away from the clinic. I wanted to stay here as I not only was familiar and liked this clinic but it is close to my home. I was impressed today with the friendliness and efficient front desk woman & equally so with the tech & nurse of Dr Clinefelter. Dr C. was friendly & informative.
