Even though it was a very busy at the ER, everyone working was kind and patient. They moved people through triage quickly and efficiently. One nurse even rounded to bring everyone warm blankets in the waiting room. Nobody wants to be in the hospital but being there with caring staff definitely makes it more bearable.

I went there when I was unable to walk. They just took an X-ray and gave me pain killers muscle relaxers and sent me back home in a wheelchair. They took me to the exit door in a wheelchair knowing I was unable to walk. Later that day, I had to go to another emergency. I went to Research Medical Center and they took immediately an MRI and admitted me and stayed there two days and eventually got the ESI and walked out of that place on my feet walking.
